Here is week two of the One Four Challenge for March. This week’s edit: Raw conversion in DxO Optics Pro. Then I removed her tags, which were distracting, in photoshop. Some local exposure adjustments in Nik Viveza and toning in Topaz Simplify. At first glance (and maybe second), this week’s edit and last week’s seem quite similar. Side by side, the differences are apparent, but still I admit they are similar. It’s interesting that a [almost] completely different set of tools and techniques were used each week. I’m eager for feedback.
If you’re not familiar with the One Four Challenge, do check it out! Hosted by Robyn G at Captivate Me!, The One Four Challenge is an exercise in postcapture processing and editing. The same original image is edited in four distinct ways on successive weeks. My previous One Four images are here. The entire set of One Four Images from all contributors is here. There are lots of great images to be seen!
